Topic: Booking A Weekend Trip

Agent: Good afternoon. City Travel Agency. How can I help you?

Customer: Good afternoon. I would like some information about weekend trips by coach.

Agent: Certainly. Are you interested in a city trip, a beach trip, or a countryside trip?

Customer: A countryside trip, please. I want something quiet.

Agent: We have a weekend trip to Lakeford Village. It is popular with students and families.

Customer: That sounds nice. When does the next trip leave?

Agent: The next trip leaves on Saturday the sixth of September.

Customer: What time does the coach leave?

Agent: The coach leaves at eight twenty in the morning from Central Bus Station.

Customer: And what time does it return?

Agent: It returns on Sunday evening at six forty-five.

Customer: Okay. How much is the trip?

Agent: The normal price is seventy-five pounds, but there is an early booking price of sixty pounds if you book today.

Customer: I will book today then.

Agent: Good. The price includes coach travel and one night at a guest house.

Customer: Does it include meals?

Agent: It includes breakfast on Sunday, but lunch and dinner are not included.

Customer: That's fine. Where exactly is the guest house?

Agent: It is on Hill Road, near the village square.

Customer: Do I need to bring anything special?

Agent: Please bring comfortable shoes and a rain jacket.

Customer: Okay. Can I reserve one place?
