Topic: Arranging A Furniture Delivery

Assistant: Good morning. City Home Furniture. How can I help you?

Customer: Good morning. I bought a desk yesterday, and I would like to arrange delivery.

Assistant: Certainly. Do you have your order number?

Customer: Yes. It is D two eight four six.

Assistant: Thank you. Let me check that. D two eight four six. Yes, I can see the order here. It is a wooden study desk.

Customer: That's right.

Assistant: What day would you like the desk delivered?

Customer: Is Thursday possible?

Assistant: Thursday is fully booked. We have Friday morning or Saturday afternoon available.

Customer: Friday morning is better.

Assistant: Good. The delivery window is between nine and twelve.

Customer: That is fine.

Assistant: May I confirm the delivery address?

Customer: Yes. It is flat twelve, 38 Milton Road.

Assistant: Is that Milton Road near the park?

Customer: Yes, near the park entrance.

Assistant: And what is the postcode?

Customer: It is M K four, seven B T.

Assistant: Could you repeat the last part?

Customer: Seven B T. B as in Bravo, T as in Tango.

Assistant: Thank you. Do you live on the ground floor?

Customer: No, I live on the third floor.

Assistant: Is there a lift in the building?

Customer: Yes, there is a lift.

Assistant: Good. There is no extra charge if the lift is working.

Customer: Okay. How much is the delivery fee?

Assistant: Standard delivery is fifteen pounds, but because your order is over two hundred pounds, the delivery is free.

Customer: Great.

Assistant: Can I have your phone number for the driver?

Customer: Yes. It is zero seven four six one, three zero five, double nine two.

Assistant: Let me repeat that. Zero seven four six one, three zero five, double nine two.
