Assistant: Good morning. Greenway Family Services. How can I help?

Caller: Hello. I would like to arrange a visit for my family.

Assistant: Certainly. Would you like a centre visit or a home visit?

Caller: I first thought a centre visit would be easier, but my mother cannot travel well, so we need a home visit.

Assistant: Home visit. I can arrange that.

Caller: Thank you.

Assistant: Which date would you prefer?

Caller: Is Wednesday the twenty-fifth of March available?

Assistant: Wednesday the twenty-fifth is fully booked. Thursday the twenty-sixth of March is available.

Caller: Thursday the twenty-sixth is fine.

Assistant: We have an appointment at quarter past two.

Caller: 2:15 is a little early because my children finish school at two.

Assistant: The next appointment is quarter to three.

Caller: 2:45 works well.

Assistant: How many people will be present?

Caller: I think three people. Actually, my brother will also be there, so four people.

Assistant: Four people. The cost for three people is 60 pounds, but for four people it is 68 pounds.
