Receptionist: Good afternoon. City Drive School. How can I help?

Learner: Hello. I would like to ask about booking my first driving lesson.

Receptionist: Of course. Are you interested in manual lessons or automatic lessons?

Learner: I first thought manual would be better, but I want to start with automatic lessons.

Receptionist: Automatic lesson. That is fine.

Learner: Thank you.

Receptionist: When would you like your first lesson?

Learner: Is Friday the ninth of January available?

Receptionist: Friday the ninth is already full, but Saturday the tenth of January is available.

Learner: Saturday the tenth is good.

Receptionist: We have a lesson at quarter to four.

Learner: 3:45 is a bit early because I finish work at four.

Receptionist: The next slot is quarter past four.

Learner: 4:15 is perfect.

Receptionist: Your instructor will be Mr Collins.

Learner: Could you spell that, please?

Receptionist: Collins. C O L L I N S.

Learner: Thank you.

Receptionist: Where would you like to be picked up?
