Secretary: Good morning. Westfield School office. How can I help?
Parent: Hello. I would like to book a parent meeting.
Secretary: Certainly. Is the meeting about attendance, behaviour, or progress?
Parent: I first wanted to ask about attendance, but the main reason is student progress.
Secretary: I will book it as a student progress meeting.
Parent: Thank you.
Secretary: Which date would you prefer?
Parent: Is Monday the sixteenth of November possible?
Secretary: Monday the sixteenth is fully booked, but Tuesday the seventeenth of November is available.
Parent: Tuesday the seventeenth is fine.
Secretary: There is an appointment at quarter past three.
Parent: I cannot reach the school by 3:15.
Secretary: The next appointment is at quarter to four.
Parent: 3:45 works for me.
Secretary: The meeting will be with Ms Baker.
Parent: Could you spell that, please?
