Adviser: Good morning. Riverside Bank appointments. How can I help?
Customer: Hello. I need to make an appointment at the bank.
Adviser: Certainly. Is it about a loan, a mortgage, or an account?
Customer: I first wanted to ask about a small loan, but I actually need to open a savings account.
Adviser: No problem. I will book a savings account appointment.
Customer: Thank you.
Adviser: Which branch would you prefer?
Customer: The City branch would be easiest.
Adviser: The City branch is fully booked this week. The North branch has appointments available.
Customer: The North branch is fine.
Adviser: I can offer Tuesday morning.
