Topic: Rental Room Enquiry
Landlord: Good afternoon. Student rooms office. How can I help?
Student: Hello. I am calling about a room advertised near the university.
Landlord: Certainly. Are you looking for a single room or a double room?
Student: I was hoping for a double room.
Landlord: The double room has already been taken, but we still have a single room available.
Student: A single room is okay if the price is reasonable.
Landlord: There is one single room at 150 pounds a week, but the smaller room is 135 pounds.
Student: I would prefer the smaller room at 135 pounds.
Landlord: Fine. The weekly rent is 135 pounds. The deposit is 300 pounds.
Student: 300 pounds deposit. Are bills included?
Landlord: Electricity is paid separately, but water is included in the rent.
Student: So water is included.
Landlord: Yes. Would you like to view the room?
Student: Yes. Is Tuesday possible?
Landlord: Tuesday is fully booked. I can offer Wednesday.
Student: Wednesday is fine.
