Topic: Rental Enquiry
Agent: Good afternoon. West Park Rentals. How can I help?
Caller: Hello. I am looking for a small place to rent near the college.
Agent: We have a few options. Are you looking for a studio or a one-bedroom flat?
Caller: I first thought about a studio, but I think a one-bedroom flat would be better.
Agent: That is fine. I will search for a one-bedroom flat. What is your budget?
Caller: Around eight hundred pounds a month if possible.
Agent: We have one at eight hundred and twenty pounds, but there is another one at seven hundred and eighty.
Caller: Seven hundred and eighty sounds better.
Agent: So monthly rent, 780 pounds. The deposit is 900 pounds.
Caller: Okay, 900 pounds deposit.
Agent: The flat is available from the twelfth of August.
Caller: The twelfth of August. Good.
Agent: Would you like to arrange a viewing?
Caller: Yes, please. Is Friday possible?
Agent: Friday is fully booked. I can offer Thursday afternoon.
Caller: Thursday is fine.
Agent: I have a slot at quarter past four.
